Manora is a taluka in the Karanja subdivision of Washim district, in the state of Maharashtra. It is home to the temple of Sant Sewalal Maharaj located at Pohradevi, a revered place of worship for the Banjara community. There are a total of 138 revenue villages in Manora Taluka, and several development works have taken place here. The Tahsildar is also called the Taluka Magistrate. They are the chief revenue officers of the taluka. The Tahsildar works under the supervision of the District Collector and implements government policies while ensuring coordination.
