Introduction- About this blog: “District Fertilizer Availability Portal, Washim” is a farmer-friendly digital platform. By converting the complex fertilizer data from the Central Government’s iFMS portal into simple Marathi format, this portal provides real-time

information about fertilizers at the nearest agricultural service center to the farmers on their mobile phones. Its main objective is transparency, efficiency in administration, convenience of farmers and balanced distribution. This project was implemented by Shri. Abhijit Degirkar, Agricultural Development Officer under the guidance of Shri. Yogesh Kumbhejkar (IAS), District Collector and Shri. Arpit Chauhan (IAS), Chief Executive Officer. Shri. Ashok Kirnali, Agriculture (Agricultural Inputs and Quality Control) and Shri. Arif Shah, District Superintendent Agricultural Officer have been given guidance. The success of this model can be said to be the fact that it has been replicated in 34 districts of the state.
